If you want to have a party at a place where the business is concerned about everyone having fun the entire time, I would choose another venue. I told him this was not the case, and he just kept saying that is what always happens. I called the manager, who completely did not care that this had happened and told me that my child had probably broken a lot of rules and been warned a lot. My problem is that this place makes no effort to enforce their rules fairly. I understand a place needs rules (and I am a fan of rules myself), but it is unfair for there to be no warnings and only one child singled out to be kicked out of a party. My daughter was the slowest in the group, got caught and kicked out. ALL of the children were running (if you have children, you know that young children get excited and forget the rules and my child happens to be forgetful about a lot of things). They announced that NO warning would be given, if you break a rule, you get kicked out. If you want to trust that your child will be treated fairly and have fun at a party or an outing, I would keep looking. If I could rate this establishment, lower I would. It is not safe there.ĭO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE - THEY DO NOT UNDERSTAND CHILDREN. Their are other laser tag businesses that you will not get bullied at. I hope all parents think twice before they spend their hard earned money going to this business. He did not pay me all the money and did not apologize once for how things had been handled the first time. I asked for my money back and basically was told that just to get us out of there he would pay me back. This made me even more upset as had we not already tried this once. The manager said I am not in the mood to deal with this tonight and his solution to the problem was to separate us. The gun hit hi in the eye when someone ran into hi with the gun first. One of my sons also had an eye injury because they don't enforce the rules of not running. If they do not obey the rules how are other people to be held accountable? I believe rules are their to keep people safe. The staff say the rules before the game but as soon as the head manager left, a couple of the staff played and were doing everything the rules tell you not to do with this guy greg like touching each other with their guns and wrestling. They threw my son out for punching the guy when he did not even touch him. When this greg started saying things under his breath so the so called chaperon-es would not hear my son made a gesture like he was going to punch the guy if he did not back off. They still let him in the game and sent someone to chaperon all of us. I told the kid running the game that we would really appreciate it if he kept the guy out of our game because we did not want things to get worse and wanted to have a good time which I had paid over 125 to have. As his behavior escalated we even tried to switch groups so we would not be in the same game. I tried to handle things first by bringing it up to one staff member that we were uncomfortable by gregs behavior because he was being confrontational during this friendly game with young children. "friend of the staff-oh you mean greg" when we first complained about this man and ultimately having my son kicked out because he stuck up for himself while being verbally abused and cornered by greg. What started out to be a great time ended in our family being first bullied by a After a long absence because of busy schedules we decided to bring my nieces there again while they were visiting from Texas. I have been going to this business since my children were 6 years old and it has been such a great time that we would bring our family and friends their over the years.
